This blog is a manual to trained career counselors for counseling students in practice. It is based in experiences from Battambang pilot that two Finn Church Aid's education specialists conducted 2015.
The approach of this blog is mostly practical but You can find short theoretical approaches to counseling as well. Practical manual is based on Progressive Cycle of Career Counseling. Each blog page is named according to the phase of cycle and from the pages You can find information about the phase and practical examples of exercises to work with students.
